Liability of content

As a service provider we are, in accordance to §7. 1 of the Telemedia Act (TMG), responsible for our own content on these pages according to general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG we are, as a service provider, not obliged, however, to monitor transmitted or saved third-party information or investigate circumstances that suggest illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general law remain unaffected by this. A liability in this regard is only possible from the time a concrete infringement became known. If we become aware of any breaches of the law, we will remove the content concerned immediately.
